Requirements

1. Escape from Head Chancys (5)

  • Facing Front
  • 1) Block punch with L, Strike groin with R wrap L arm around, Valley Drop
  • 2)Block punch with L Strike groin with R use L arm to push face with L leg behind
  • 3) Stop punch with R. l arm behind ops back and trap ops left arm. Strike groin with R. L leg between ops leg trap ankle and thrust
  • 4) Stop punch with R. l arm behind ops back and trap ops left arm. Strike groin with R. twist ops R wrist with own R hand step back and wrist lock.
  • Facing Rear
  • 1) R side hand strike to groin double leg takedown
  • 2) R side hand strike to groin take R wrist side step and straight arm wrist lock.

2) Loin Throw (1)

  • Block R hook and L kidney punches, R arm under ops L arm and point to ceiling. Hip through and throw.

3. Rice bale Throw (2)

  • 1)Block R Roundhouse, spear strike to neck wrap around neck knee to stomach trap ankle, sit down and throw, finish with neck twist or spin lock or arm bar to suit student.
  • 2)Block R Roundhouse, spear strike to neck. Spine lock step to side sit and throw

4. Scissors and naked choke. (1)

  • Deflect punch, go behind apply choke trap R arm take down apply scissors kick groin turn over and control op.

5. Spring Hip Throw (2)

  • Block R roundhouse, as hip throw but R foot pushes ops knee
  • Block R roundhouse, as hip throw but R ankle/shin pushes ops leg

6. Scoop throws (3)

  • 1)Back Scoop Block R Roundhouse with L inside block. Strike throat with L Forearm Hold gi. R strike between legs, Scoop backwards apply pressure to neck.
  • 2)Front Scoop parry R Straight or over head strike with L and R. Strike back of neck with R knifehand Scoop forwards
  • 3)Side Scoop with double leg lock. Double block R Roundhouse, R elbow to Solar Plexus. R leg behind ops L leg cup back of knees take down apply Double leg lock

7. Knife Defences Various rehearsed defences of students own preference Min of 6 moving attacks and 3 stationary attacks

8. Palm Locks (2)

  • 1) L palmheel block/strike to elbow of ops R Straight. twist ops arm pressure on ops elbow apply lock
  • 2) L S block and twist Op wrist place on hip R and apply lock

9. Wrist Locks (3)

  • 1)Side with Elbow, Op L gi grab & R punch. Trap L with L hand block with R apply lock with R while putting pressure on ops elbow with L finger
  • 2) any grab from ops take ops hand with own R apply wrist lock,, then transfer to goose neck lock
  • 3) double wrist grab, bang together or twist R takes ops R wrist apply lock and take down
