2. Breaking Front Strangles (2)

  • From Straight arms attack, step left leg back, cover, bar arm deflection
  • From Bent arms attack, step R leg forward,R punch, R palm heel, wrist and shoulder lock

3. Breaking Back Strangles (2)

  • From bent arms attack with R slap groin, and elbow strike, Body Drop.
  • From straight arms attack, L back fist to ribs, arm strike to elbow, Hip Throw.

4. Hip Throw from roundhouse punch.

  • Left S Block, R punch to solar plexus palmheel to floating rib, hip throw (1)

5. Body Drop from roundhouse punch. (1)

  • Double block back R fist to rib R back hand strike to groin

6. Defence to kick whilst on the ground using (1)

  • Recumbent Ankle.
  • Trap ops left ankle with left foot push left knee
  • with right foot, kick to groin. Step on ankle.

7. Shoulder Lock (left and right) (2)

  • Block R roundhouse, Right spear strike to neck, R knee to solar plexus,
  • From left Gi grab, Double Block over ops arm block R punch, strike groin, right arm under ops left arm for Shoulder lock

8. Straight arm lock

  • Op R hand grabs your R wrist, step outside with left foot, grab ops R wrist with your R hand, turn hand and look at the top of your wrist. Strike ops chin with left palm heal. Wrap L arm around ops right, place left hand on chest. Turn and take down using fig 4 arm lock.

9. Kata of 7 Blocks followed by strike.

10. Kata of 6 strikes.
