About Mohan Jujitsu
Based in Crook Durham and incorporating Wear Valley jujitsu, Mohan Jujitsu differs from other forms of Jujitsu is that although all techniques are in English with no difficult Japanese names to learn, it tries to keep to the original concept of a true unarmed self-defence art. There are no difficult Katas or competitions, Jujitsu is not a sport and should not be treated as one.
We are lucky to have our own purpose designed dojo in Crook (which is available for hire to other clubs at discounted rates) this enable us to run numerous classes to suit all ages and experience, even private lessons.
We have developed our own keep fit programmed Jujitsu-cise, a combat style keep fit class which we believe is the ultimate in getting and keeping fit. We even have Ladies only sessions see the Wear Valley news site for details or check the club details page.
